By reading this and commissioning me, you have agreed to all my terms, deals and setbacks.Questions That I'll be Asking Beforehand1. How important is this commission?2. How patient/tolerant are you?3. How long can you wait?General Information1. I'll ask the payments AFTER I have made something for you, it can be after the sketch or line art stage or even base color depending on the urgency, I WON'T ASK for upfront payments.2. Please do tell me about deadlines or how long you can wait, if you DIDN'T mention anything about deadlines or your patience and anger level, I'll consider it as NO DEADLINE and I HAVE THE RIGHTS to work on my pace.3. Refunds is possible this time around BUT only at certain time and IF it's still at the sketching stage, refunds won't be available beyond the sketch.4. 10. Please do ask about anything else, thank youWork Speed and Flow1. Commissions can take up to MONTHS or even YEARS! That's if you didn't mention anything about deadlines or your patience & anger level, HOWEVER, if I worked on your commission beyond 6 months or so, there will be discounts on your next order, the longer I take, the bigger the discounts.2. Workflow consists of pose making - sketching - line art - base color - shading.3. Pose revisions is FORBIDDEN after you accepted and approved the pose.4. Revisions are unlimited but there will be additional charge if there are too much change.5. I won't ghost you, please do ask me about updates anytime IF you want to but if I didn't give you any updates first, it means there are no updates. Choices are yours.6. I'm not gonna take any initiative to continue work on the commission IF you didn't reply and confirming about the updates I have gave to you, to avoid miscommunication or mistake on the drawing.Deadlines1. Once again, I CAN commit into deadlines, I'll take up any consequences if I failed to meet that deadline.2. There are fees for deadlines which you can check it down below:3 Days Deadline: +500USD
1 Week Deadline: +175USD
1 Month Deadline: +40USD
2 Months Deadline: +20USD3. If I failed the deadline, there are choices for clients who wishes for me to continue the drawing:- Deadline fee refunds, I'll refund the deadline fee only, the commission will continue to no deadline/regular status.
- Deadline change, for example: If I failed the 3 days deadline and let's say you still want me to finish it within a week, I'll refund you the $300.
- Full refunds, it says it all and you'll receive whatever WIP I have.4. If you paid me for a deadline run, I'll ask the payment AFTER you approved the pose.5. Clock starts ticking AFTER you paid, I'll give you the rough but close to the ETA for the finished drawing.6. There will be discussions about time zones.7. If the clients failed to reply within 8-12 hours especially during a 3 days deadline run, there will be extra +12 hours added into the deadline.8. Discussions would be needed first before you order anything with deadlines to check my schedules.Copyrights for me1. I have the rights to upload or to not upload the drawings to public.2. I have full control of the drawing's copyrights.3. I can upload the drawing wherever and whenever I want, this includes Patreon and Fanbox.4. I have the rights to use the drawings for publication or merchandise purposes.Copyrights for Commissioners and Clients1. You may upload your drawings to your social media.2. You may use the drawings for personal use such as banners, PP, Itasha or anything as long as it's personal.3. Commercial fee is available which I'll explain in different section.4. Using the drawing commercially without paying the commercial fee will result in public shame and dispute.Commercial Commissions1. Multiplier will be used to count the commercial fee (x2-x10), depending on what kind of drawing and what it's going to be used for, things that can be considered as commercial:- VTuber related stuff (Discussions needed)

- Games2. Deadline will be automatically included, but should be a realistic deadline depends on how big the project is.3. If I failed to meet the deadline, the choices are yours.4. Refunds are 100% possible if I failed the deadline.No-Revisions Commissions1. This is a new type of commission to cut delays due to time zones and other IRL related stuff and this is so that I can work on the drawing without waiting for revisions that potentially will break my drawing momentum and timing.2. Image References [Pose, Characters, Clothes, Expressions etc]:3. What you write is what I'm gonna do, so proceed with cautions!4. I won't give you any updates/sneak peek except the sketch.5. Payment is after the sketch.6. Despite that I showed you the sketch, you don't have the ability to change anything, what you see is what you get.7. I will not ask for questions UNLESS your descriptions are very, very unclear/confusing.8. No NSFW9. This system is like Pixiv Request or Skeb.10. You can still apply for deadline (See above).11. There will be additional fees if your orders are too complicated or detailed.12. Feel free to discuss with me before ordering.13. Quality MIGHT gonna be a bit random, after all I want it to be finished quickly in potentially one sitting UNLESS you're paying for a deadline fee, then I can try to keep the quality.14. Depending on the situation, I can give you the WIP as a refund apology or I can keep it for myself.3.
